Our garden…
Here at Watcombe we are very lucky to have such a large outdoor space for the children. Being outside is a big part of our daily routines and children are encouraged to spend lots of time exploring the garden environment rain or shine. We ask parents to provide wellies and puddle suits to allow children the freedom to get as messy as they want! We also encourage children to be dressed in clothes that you don’t mind getting messy and lots of spares packed in their bags.
Our garden has a variety of different areas including 2 large sand pits, a willow maze, mud kitchen, a water pump and water channels, large concrete play ground and much more! Here are some snaps of the children enjoying their outdoor area.
