Welcoming Clare to our setting…

Last week we welcomed Clare to the staff team. Clare will be taking over the managers role from Mary at the end of April. During the next two months Clare will be working alongside Mary and the staff team getting to know the nursery and routines.  The initial few weeks will be spent in the room, getting to know the children, staff and you the parents. She will also be attending the up and coming parents evenings so please feel free to say hello or ask any questions if you have any. Clare has been a Manager of a setting in Ashburton before taking on this role and we are all excited about Clare’s appointment. She expressed her delight at how much outside play we can offer the children and has first hand experience in Forest School, an area we have already established and hope to expand as the children benefit so much from those experiences. Clare will be penning an introduction of her own in the very near future.
